Retail Ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart by clicking the ORDER NOW button. After you have finished ordering, click on CART or CHECKOUT at the top of your product page. Once you’re happy with your order, select payment option and you will be asked a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept payment via Paypal and Australian customers can use their internet banking facilities to pay by direct debit to our bank account. The system also allows you to print out your order for faxing or mailing.

Delivery Information
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Obviously your location will determine the shipping time.
All orders are subject to availability. If there is a delay or we are unable to deliver your order, you will be notified and the value of the goods refunded to your account within 2 working days.
What happens if a product I have ordered is no longer available?
We try to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available. If we are unable to fulfill your order when received, we will notify you and you will have the option of placing the items on backorder or amending your order.
If an item is no longer available for order from our suppliers we will notify you immediately so that you can revise your order.

Do your prices include GST?
No, prices do not currently include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars. Unless otherwise stated, prices do NOT include freight, postage and handling. Freight, postage and handling costs will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation notification.

3 CD Pack = $5.10 postage
Outside Australia
To minimise your freight costs, charges will be calculated on the weight of the order. We will advise you via email of the freight cost prior to processing you order.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
Returns
At Roaming Free we make every effort to ensure that our products meet your expectations and are packaged securely for transport.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, the goods must be returned to us within 7 days of invoice at your expense. Any payments made less freight will be credited to your account after goods have been received by us and are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Damaged Goods
If any items arrive damaged we are happy to provide you with a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will notify you and offer a substitute of equal value. The goods must be returned to us within 7 days of invoice at your expense.
Your Right To Cancel
Once your order is accepted by us, you will receive a confirmation notice. The order may be cancelled within 2 days from receipt of this confirmation. To do so you must supply us written notice (fax or email is acceptable). Any payments made will be refunded in full after receipt of cancellation notification. If goods have already been dispatched prior to cancellation notification being received, our Returns Policy will then apply.
Conformity Of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
As all our glassware is handcrafted any slight variations in colour, shape or size are to be expected and indeed reflects the uniqueness of each piece.

Your browser will go into secure mode as soon as you click to go into the checkout. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for the padlock icon at the bottom of your browser screen. Once this padlock is displayed all of your details are encrypted to keep them secure by the very latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology, which is the industry standard security protocol. This makes it extremely difficult for anyone to decode. Roaming Free will never request information that is excessive for our purpose, and we try, with your help, to keep any information we hold about you up to date and accurate. We will never at any time give your details to anyone outside Roaming Free.
